Beyond our more than 75% organic menu of gourmet pizza, sandwiches, salads, beer and wine, we proudly offer health conscious alternatives for people with selective diets and food allergies. Our delicious gluten-free pizza, brownies and beer have made Pizza Fusion a frequent stop for our friends with celiac disease. Also, vegans, vegetarians and lactose intolerant individuals love us for our soy mozzarella and vegan brownies.
