development representative which may lead to a request to complete a
confidential questionnaire to
Pizza Fusion's corporate office.
- Franchise development representative reviews
questionnaire and if appropriate presents it to the Franchise Licensing
Committee. Our representative will follow up with the potential candidate
with feedback from the committee.
- An appointment is set with qualified candidates to
visit Pizza Fusion's corporate office in beautiful Ft. Lauderdale where
you'll get to meet with our stakeholders and department heads plus taste
the best pizza you've ever encountered.
- Once we determine that a Win/Win alliance exists during
our visit together the next positive step is for us to share our Franchise
Disclosure Documents (FDD) and with a Refundable Deposit put forth
finalize our mutual due diligence.
- Franchise licensing committee notifies candidate that
they are approved or denied.
- Once a franchisee has been licensed our Tenant
Representatives begin the process of securing a location in your community
that fit our stringent criteria for site selection.
- The approved franchisee attends a one day orientation in Fort
Lauderdale, Florida that will put you on the critical path to success
(otherwise known as our yellow brick road)
- Once we are successful in finding the Main on Main
location you will then work with our construction department to build the
brand interior with sustainable, recyclable and reusable component parts.
- When the restaurant’s interior is nearing completion
you will prepare for attending Pizza Fusion University in Ft. Lauderdale
along with your chosen manager for two weeks of world class systems
training.
- We will then return with you to your now completed restaurant with two
of our corporate trainers to help implement the operating systems you have learned in the
classroom by working alongside of your newly minted team.
- You begin Saving the Earth, One Pizza at a Time.
