Want to know about what our guest think about Pizza Fusion? Hear from one of our franchisees, Brown Thompson, Jr. about what his guests say.
- How can I open a Pizza Fusion franchise?
Pizza Fusion actively seeks highly-qualified individuals to become franchisees. Prior business experience, coupled with personal financial qualifications, individual motivation, a track record of success and a love for mankind and the environment are important factors in our evaluation process. If you are interested in pursuing single unit or area development opportunities as a Pizza Fusion franchisee, please click here to complete our initial franchise questionnaire and a development representative will contact you shortly to discuss.
- How much money do I need to open a franchise?
Individuals will need $100,000 in non-borrowed personal resources (liquid assets, e.g. cash, marketable securities, stocks, etc.) along with an overall net worth (total assets minus total liabilities) of $300,000 to qualify. Financing is to be secured through third-party lending sources. The total cost of each unit varies by size and location.
- How much are the royalties and other annual fees?
Royalty and Continuing Services fees are 6% of gross sales. Ongoing Marketing fees are 3% of gross sales.
- How much can I make as a Pizza Fusion franchisee?
We are restricted by the Federal Trade Commission and various state franchise sales regulations from providing you with specific profit projections. To learn more about actual experiences, we will encourage you to speak with existing franchisees during our application process.
- Does Pizza Fusion offer financing?
No. However, Pizza Fusion Holdings can direct potential franchisees to sources that have provided financing options to other franchisees in the areas of equipment leasing, construction and SBA loans.
- How long does it take to open the store?
Each location is different, depending on a variety of factors, including site selection, build-out requirements and training. However, it typically takes approximately 9-12 months from signing the franchise agreement to opening day at your Pizza Fusion restaurant.
- What kind of training can I expect as a franchisee?
All new franchisees participate in a 4 week interactive training program. This consists of 2 weeks at the Pizza Fusion University Training Center located in Fort Lauderdale, FL and 2 weeks of real life management experience at the franchised location prior to and in conjunction with opening a new location. Franchisees receive regular followup updates to their training, including on site reviews.
- How is food quality and consistency maintained?
We contract local private distributors that are part of a National Co-op called American Distribution Alliance (ADA) to deliver the majority of our dry goods, dairy, meats and paper products. Each distributor contract adheres to the same cost margins and product sheets that Pizza Fusion Holdings negotiates on a national level. Our produce is sourced from a local Organic produce vendor, ensuring that the items are as fresh and local as possible. Every vendor is approved by Pizza Fusion Holdings and the product lists are verified for consistency throughout the country to ensure quality. Our most important items, the pizza mix and pizza sauce, are proprietary to guarantee that a pizza in Florida tastes just as great as a pizza in California.
